Thursday

Today we had some magnet fun!

(Tune “Did You Ever See a Lassie?”)
Did you ever see a magnet,
a magnet, a magnet?
Did you ever see a magnet
Pull this way and that?
On iron and steel,
Its pull is unreal!
Did you ever see a magnet
Pull this way and that?
Did you ever see a magnet,
a magnet, a magnet?
Did you ever see a magnet
Pull this way and that?
A magnet has action,
It’s called an attraction!
Did you ever see a magnet
Pull this way and that?
Did you ever see a magnet,
a magnet, a magnet?
Did you ever see a magnet
Pull this way and that?

Are those magnets "attracted to WOOD"?

Look closely and you will see the magnet on the BACK of  Logan's hand!

Landon what a TRICK! LOOK no hands!

A magnetic ATTRACTION MESS!

A BUSY BUSY WEEK CONTINUED...

TOP DOG

Jacob has been our Top Dog this week...another AMAZING role model!

On Tuesday, Jacob shared his all about me poster!

Wednesday, we were not in the classroom long enough to do much of anything...but Jacob has enjoyed being our line leader and lunch room helper all week!

Today was EXTRA special for Jacob.  Not only did mom bring SONIC for lunch, we read his special home poem and one of his favorite books: Skippy Jon Jones!

Jacob is lucky...he gets to see his mom everyday (or almost everyday) at school!  However, it is a SPECIAL day when they get to have LUNCH together!  Look at those smiles!

Jacob with his book and his SPECIAL poem!  (and that big smile)
