Let's see if I remember how to do this blog thing!  It seems like it's been forever!  It was great talking with so many of you on Monday!  I love talking to you about your kids! They are so amazing (which I know you know) but I can only imagine it is wonderful to hear it from others!
Yesterday, Tuesday, I was here but not here here!  I was doing a follow up training with our kinder and first grade teachers on our Write From the Beginning writing program! We had the chance to assess some writing samples and look forward to sharing the wonderful writing your children are doing! (We now have a wonderful "Work Display" outside of Pod 1.  Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Springer graciously designed our display cards...so be sure to check them out when you are in the building!)
Since we were not in school on Monday our new Dragon of the Week had to pack in her All About Me poster and her favorite book into yesterday!

Makenna loves her family, the color of pink and cheering of course!

Okay...well...I was getting frustrated with blogger at school...uploading pictures and video was not making my life easy! So...I just packed up and decided to try from home! WELLLLLL...I forgot my hard drive so...I have no pictures to upload! AARRGHH I'm going to try and upload the Wednesday Weather Report and if it doesn't work from home I'm going to...well...not sure what I'll do but...I will put pictures on tomorrow of our "Grand" visitors, book from special classroom friends, Makenna's super special letter from home and our awesome readers! So the videos are not uploading from my computer either! So I'm back to trying to upload them elsewhere and embed! Keep your fingers CROSSED! 

Don't forget Fall Festival this Friday night!  I hope to see everyone there! It's going to be lots of fun and the Book Fair will still be open! 

Also, thank you to GRACIE and her Mom for the yummy Golden Graham "snack" today!  SOOOO YUMMY!
