Pumpkin Rotation
This week we look forward to 1:00! It's time to have some fun with pumpkins! On Monday, we stayed in our class and estimated how many seeds were in our pumpkin! There were 139. We had a couple friends who were pretty close! Yesterday, we traveled next door to Mrs. C. Williams. She read a story about the life cycle of a pumpkin. We each made a pumpkin cycle crown! And...today...we walked ALL the way down to Mrs. Williams' room to see how much our pumpkins weighed! Oh! Boy! I wonder what ever we will do in Mrs. Davis' class tomorrow. Friday we will get to visit Mrs. Boor's AND Ms. Woodard's room! What fun!
Dragon Of The Week
On Tuesday, Hayden brought in his favorite book! We all enjoyed listening to him read...
Not only did he read to us but he seems to be a "pro" at showing the pictures. Hmmm I wonder if he has some teachers in his family!
Today, his mom and dad sent in a poem that made our Hayden blush. However, we discovered that we think he is pretty special for some of the same reasons they do!!! (However, the reference to the Magnum P.I. theme song was lost on my little dragons!)
