Me (Kissi), Hank, Baby Thomas (monkey) and Jack

Summer is over!  I am so excited to start a new school year...but sad that summer with my nephews is over. I spent a week in N. Dakota visiting my youngest sister and The Monkey (1).  It was a long 24 hour drive with Jack (8) and Hank (4).  We had a wonderful time enjoying the park, movies and even swimming in 75 degree "warmth"!  We also, took our annual trip to Destin, Fl.  We were there for a whole week. Nothing better than the white sand beaches and crystal clear water! While here in Texas we spent most of our days at Gramma's house swimming in the pool (although it felt like an over-sized bathtub at times)! 

I can't wait to hear all about your summer vacations!  Get a good night sleep and eat a yummy breakfast!  Miss Woodard and I have lots planned!  First Grade is Doggone FUN!!!
